who are we?

unboxing cycles is a Swiss association dedicated to raising awareness about cyclical health and supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery—using the natural cycle as a compass, and combining art with education as guiding tools.

how are we doing that?

creatively and collectively.

At unboxing cycles, we create space for conversation, connection, and change — both online and offline. We’re a group of individuals building the environment we once longed for. Through events, community exchanges, retreats, and exhibitions, we explore cyclical health, such as the menstrual cycle, through a unique blend of art, science, and education.

We collaborate with a diverse circle of professionals — from artists and researchers to therapists and educators — each bringing a different perspective to the same powerful (yet not often talked about) topic.

Our aim is to (finally) open the conversation and support menstruators in understanding their bodies - mentally and physically - and living in sync with their biological cycles, so their hormones can work for them, not against them.

We have bold visions and dreams for the future. However, change takes time, and we too are honoring the rhythm it takes to move forward with care.
