unboxing cycles and Yoga Nest come together to offer Talk the Tides, a series of gatherings focused on cyclical living - with menstrual health, hormones, and different life stages as a central part of the conversation.

The intention of this series is to create a safe space where experiences can be shared openly and knowledge can be exchanged without judgment. Topics that are often overlooked or misunderstood are brought into the open, grounded in real-life experiences and practical understanding.

Each gathering explores a different phase of the menstrual cycle or a hormonal transition, combining education, guided movement, and facilitated group exchange. The focus is on how cyclical patterns influence energy, work, creativity, relationships, and wellbeing - and how this awareness can be applied in everyday life.

Whether you menstruate, are approaching or navigating a transition, or are simply curious about cyclical living or the topics offered, you are welcome to join!

No prior experience or specific background is required — just openness to listen, learn, and connect.

Talk the Tides is about slowing down, tuning in, and building connection through shared understanding and raw exchanges - practical, inclusive, and grounded in lived experience.
