We’re creating a Menstrual Festival at Labör (Zurich-Oerlikon).

For nearly one week, Labör will become a place of discovery and conversation, bringing together art, science, medicine, sport, coaching, and lived experience in a format that feels human, practical, and welcoming.

At the heart of the festival: a photographic exhibition of 40 images that portray the four phases of the cycle through the metaphor of the seasons - making visible what many feel but rarely see. Around it, we’ll host expert panels, workshops, athlete and artist talks, and applied cycle sessions - so people can learn from multiple perspectives and take away what truly works for their lives.
