(inner) fall - Canola field somewhere in Winterthur

“During my luteal phase - my inner fall - I feel the urge to declutter, to release what no longer serves me. It’s a time of letting go, like water cleansing away the remnants of the past, while a fire within clears space for something new. This phase is a powerful transition, embodying the duality of creation and destruction, a sacred trinity where I am both the creator and the destroyer.

In this season, I feel connected to the wild woman, the goddess archetype that has been tamed for so long but always lives within. I think of Durga, the fierce warrior goddess who protects and destroys, unleashing divine wrath against oppression to empower creation. I feel her presence, an echo of her strength, as I move through my own inner landscape. It’s a process of dismantling the old to make way for the new, just as Durga’s power liberates the oppressed and transforms what must be reborn.

Each phase of my cycle brings its own gifts: the connector in summer, the creator in spring, the preserver in summer, and now, in fall, the destroyer who clears the way for new beginnings. The inner autumn holds the energy of fierce femininity, the wild woman within, embracing the beauty of endings to empower the next growth cycle.”
