We'll start with Jemima from the Unboxing Cycles team in conversation with Lucyna, covering the essentials of cycle-aware movement. Then we'll open up the floor to your questions.

Lucyna is an adventure, strength & conditioning, and mental preparation coach who specialises in training that respects the menstrual cycle. With expertise in pre- and post-natal training and menstrual health awareness, she helps people build real, sustainable strength through all phases of life. Her approach is grounded in listening to the body, working with it rather than against it, and developing confidence through experience. Lucyna believes that true strength comes from understanding your body's needs and trusting what you're capable of.
This session is for anyone curious about adapting their training to their cycle, building strength sustainably, or simply understanding their body better.
